Summer Camp sign-ups are now open! Summer Camp provides students with the perfect opportunity to get away and experience Christ in a new, fresh way. Each year at Summer Camp, we focus on spiritual growth, friendships, and fun! God has done amazing things through Summer Camp, and we are excited to see what He will do in the lives of your students this year!

HSM Summer Camp
Dates: July 22nd - 27th, 2024
Location: Harvey Cedars Bible Conference in Harvey Cedars, NJ
Cost: $540
Open to: Students currently in grades 9 through 12
MSM Summer Camp
Dates: July 29th - August 2nd, 2024
Location: Harvey Cedars Bible Conference in Harvey Cedars, NJ
Cost: $445
Open to: Students currently in grades 6 through 8

3 STEPS TO REGISTER
Registration for Summer Camp is completely online. Follow the steps below to register.
1. REGISTER with us using the appropriate button below. Once you have completed our registration, you will be emailed a link to the online paperwork we will need from you.
2. COMPLETE ONLINE FORM in its entirety by following the link provided. Note: Registration will not be processed until all information is provided.
3. PAY IN FULL OR IN 2 INSTALLMENTS. This year, you will have the option at registration to choose to pay online or by cash or check. If you choose online payment, a fee will be added to your total to cover the processing fees charged us for any credit card payment. The prices below are for cash/check payments.
- The non-refundable deposit (per camper) is due April 8th.
- $200 deposit for HSM
- $200 deposit for MSM
- The final payment is due May 1st.
- $340 for HSM
- $245 for MSM

THINGS TO NOTE
Final Payments for both camps are due May 1st, 2024. To ensure we have sufficient funds to reserve our spots at Harvey Cedars, all final payments absolutely must be received by May 1st.
Drops/Cancellations
In the event that you cannot attend camp and need to cancel, please keep in mind the following:
- Deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final payments are due in full on May 1st. All payments will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable at this time.
- Harvey Cedars Bible Conference has a no refund policy with their final balance & deposit payment, except for medical reasons. Therefore, East Swamp Church will not be able to refund any money to you after May 1st.
Camp Scholarships are available. We understand that costs have continued to rise, both for camp and everything else. We have funds available to assist anyone who needs it. If you would like some financial assistance, please click below to view and complete the scholarship application. Applications are due by March 30th, along with a completed registration.
