Worship Ministries

Praise Team

The Praise Team is a group of singers and band members whose primary focus is to lead the praise and worship time for the Contemporary worship service. The team is composed of a small vocal ensemble along with a band consisting of piano, drums, bass, guitars, sax, and trumpet. Other instruments are also used occasionally. Sonshine Kids

Wednesdays 6:00-6:45 p.m.

Sonshine Kids (SSKs) is open to children grades K-3. The meet each Wednesday in Room 106/108. The SSKs are introduced to the basics of singing, and perform regularly in Sunday morning worship services.

Kingdom Kids

Wednesdays 6:00-6:45 p.m.

Kingdom Kids is open to anyone in grade 4 through grade 8. They meet each Wednesday in the Music room (Room 204). In addition to learning songs to share in the worship services, the kingdom Kids spend time learning about the song's message and scripture background. The kids always look forward to "the question of the week" and who will be awarded the "Super Singer" award!

Media Team

The Media Team provides both creative and technical media support for our worship services and other special events. In addition to song lyrics, announcements, and sermon outlines, opportunities for media support include ministry recaps, special promotions, and many other videos as needed. The Media Team is open to any anyone high school to adult who is computer savvy or willing to be trained.

Tech Team

The Tech Team is responsible for sound and lighting in our worship. The Tech Team supports the Worship Team and other ministries for weekly worship and special events. Open to individuals willing to be trained and mentored, high school age and older.
