Women's Ministry Brochure

We would like to invite you to become a part of the Women's Ministry at East Swamp as we fellowship and serve together in faith, love and unity. Our mission is to be women who are committed to a deepening relationship with Christ through diligent prayer and the study of the Scriptures. As a result, we pray to be spiritually mature women, confident in our gifts and courageous in our words, so we can reach out in love to impact our church and community for Christ. There are numerous opportunities available to get involved. Through in-depth Bible studies, heartwarming fellowships and special events offered throughout the year, you will have meaningful and fulfilling opportunities to enrich your heart, encourage your spirit and expand your ministry. Women's Prayer Meetings

These are scheduled times for small group prayer, meeting at the church the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 a.m. All women are invited to attend!


Service Possibilities

  • Taking meals, running errands, assisting with household chores for mothers of newborn infants or for those who are experiencing illness.
  • Participating with the Sunshine Committee by visiting those who are sick and/or confined to their homes.
  • Using your talents to serve on a committee to plan a special event.
  • For Missionary Christmas gifts, use Redner's Save-A-Tape card and turn in receipt or Great Value key card.
  • Save Campbell's labels and Betty Crocker Education coupons for the Hopi Mission School.

Quilters

This group meets every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Experienced and inexperienced quilters are welcome. Pack your lunch and join the fun! Stay as long as you can.


"Moms In Touch"

For Tohickon Valley School Moms - Beginning on Tuesday, September 22 at 9:30 a.m. here at East Swamp Church. Join us for brunch and learn more about the group. Our Moms In Touch group meets to pray for our children, the schools they attend, the staff and administration at those schools and to be an encouragement to moms who have concerns for their children.
